一．概述SUMMARIZE

   广利讯湿帘生产线可生产5090#、6090#及7090#、7060#四种型号的湿帘，大量运用了最新的节能技术、自动化技术，比上一代生产线更现代化、更环保、更便于操作管理。

本设备设置二套电器控制，手动和自动。手动控制用于设备的调整，自动控制用于设备的自动作业。加热段设置温度自动控制，并显示温度。整个电器系统设置自动安全保护装置。整套设备安全可靠，使用方便。

    This production line can produce the cooling pad of type 5090#, 6090#, 7090#and type of 7060#, which has been applied a lot of  the newest economical energy-saving and automatic technologies, specializing its modernization, environmental protection and convenience in operation.

   Our production line possesses tow two devices of electric control, the manual and the the automatic. The manual way is used for adjusting the production line, while the automatic way is used in the automatically working of the production line. The heating parts set with automatic temperature control system and apparatuses showing the temperature. The whole electrical controlling system goes with automatic safety devices, which enable our production line convenient, safe and reliable .

三．工艺流程technological process

    原纸上架→上第一道胶水→红外线加热→自动切纸→瓦楞成波纹型→波纹纸加热→人工收集→上第二道胶水→人工收集叠加成型→推入烘箱→推出烤箱→上锯床切片→打磨→浸泡→晾干→打包

Craft paper running up→into the first glue→ infrared ray heated→automatically cutting→corrugating→corrugated paper hardening→manual collection→the second adhering glue→manual piling up to form  blank→push into the oven→pull out of the oven→move onto the saw platform to cut into pieces→polishing→soaking→airing→packing
