设备关键部件毛刷根据使用要求，设计成可快速拆装形式，由轨道滑出，使换装毛刷方便快捷，方便清洗。
毛刷、输送二部分由二组各自独立的控制机构控制，控制机构由电机、减速机、变频器构成，因此精密度高，稳定性好，调节更灵活。
可选配人机界面、精密自动升降等自动化配置。
使用本机进行擦色可实现自动化生产，提高生产效率，节省人工成本。
