       水转印工艺具体可分为七步来操作： 

       Water transfer process can be divided into seven steps to operate： 

       1.放覆薄膜：将预印水转印膜置于水上。 

       Film: laying the preprinted film on water. 

       2.溶解：采用特殊溶剂使薄膜上的图案活化成油墨状态。

 Activating: Spraying activator on the top of the film to activate the ink. 

       3.披覆：利用水压将图案转印于被印物体上。

       Transferring: transfer the pattern to the printed object by water pressure. 

       4.水洗：将被印工件上残留的杂质用水冲洗干净。

        Cleaning: rinse the base film off from the printed workpiece with water. 

       5.干燥：将被印工件烘干。

        Drying: the printed workpiece will be dried.

       6.喷面漆：喷上PU透明光油保护被印工件表面。 

       Top coating: spray PU transparent varnish to protect the surface of the printed workpiece from scratch. 

       7.再干燥：将喷完面漆的物体表面进行干燥。 

       Re-drying: dry the surface of the object after top coating.
